Great experience. We were passing through pulling our fifth wheel and had our truck break down on us right outside kerrville. They were able to pull the truck and fifth wheel at the same time to one of the local diesel shops. They dropped the truck off at the shop and took me and my family and fifth wheel to one of the local rv parks that we wanted.

Happy we found a very good, reliable and reasonably priced company to help us out with an Off road situation.
The young man who helped us was prompted, courteous and knowledgeable which put our mind at ease. Thank you JDS Wrecker! You were a God send on a nerve racking situation.

Unfortunately we had to use JDS Wrecker twice in 2 weeks for our Class B motor home. Both times our dealings with owner Casey and driver Emanuel were professional, courteous, and very fair. Hopefully we don’t need their services again, but if we do we will definitely call them.

Showed up fast and very easy to deal with. Polite respectful and answered all my questions. They did excellent job towing my truck to the auto repair shop. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Excellent experience! We broke down about 30 minutes outside of Kerrville late on a Sunday night. It was very hot (almost 100 degrees). A very respectful and kind JDS representative arrived quickly and helped us save our older dogs from heat exhaustion (or worse). They took us and our car to the hotel, and even offered to transport our luggage to the front of the hotel. Very thankful for the above and beyond service and kindness! Highly recommended.

Today in an accident I left my keys in my car and it is the third time that this has happened to me in 2-3 years and today I thought I hope it was the same as 2-3 years ago that I called them to open my car and it is definitely still the same Best service, I congratulations you and thank you very much for your help 100%

We had our car break down around 1130pm and we called AAA and another local towing company and neither one of them helped us. I called JDS Towing at midnight and within 30 minutes they were there. Casey showed up within the 30 minutes. He was very professional, pleasant and very nice. He hauled our car home and then we called JDS the next day to tow it to the dealership. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are awesome - if you need a tow day or night, this is the company to call.
