The kitchen cabinet department are useless and not helpful at all, especially the manager Deb who couldn't step away from her coffee to even help with a cabinet order we placed and they messed up with dimensions. So unhelpful and poor customer service. Better to stick with Ace Hardware or Lowes, always so helpful.

We had a very pleasant delivery of patio dining furniture on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 in Kerrville, Texas from a driver named Ryan. We really appreciated the time frame he was able to give us for the delivery and he was right on time! He was very courteous.

We shop here when we can’t get what we need from the local, independent guy. Usually things go somewhat smoothly, not today! We needed some 2x4’s and 4x4’s, picked some out, put on our extra large flat carrier. Continued with the rest of our shopping…. Came back to find our cart gone! The guy who just came on shift put it all away for us!! Now, I know my reaction wasn’t the friendliest, but we have NEVER had our lumber removed. We were gone maybe 15 minutes…… next time? Lowe’s!

If I could give this store a zero I would. We have done a lot of business with Kerrville Home Depot. I went to return items that had been purchased. They could not find it in the system so I provided all the information for them from Home Depot online. I gave them everything they asked for SKU, Item Numbers, etc. The management is absolutely worthless and could give me no refund and absolutely no answer as to why! My family and I will no longer be doing busy with this Home Depot!

I’ve been shopping at the Kerrville Texas HD for decades. Ventured there today to buy garden supplies, wearing my virus mask of course. I was shocked. First, they now do not allow you to enter the garden center without forcing you to go all the way through the interior of the store. Second, there were twice as many employees as I have ever seen in that store and NONE of them wore masks or practiced social distancing!! The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous!

Employees are pretty much worthless. Went to get some vertical blind slats custom cut. Package of slats clearly say "custom cut in store" with a machine to cut them right next to the slats. So the worker tells me they don't cut them in store and I would have to use scissors. Went to Lowe's and got 3 packages of slats custom cut in store to the length I needed.

Waited of 15 mins to ask questions on an over range microwave. Salesman spoke to another customer who was also waiting. If it had not been for the nice man who told employee I was waiting prior to his arrival, would have had to wait longer! The employee approached me asked what he could help with. Waited 30+ minutes for help in the appliances. Passed over twice. Once someone was available to help me he refused to sell me floor piece that was offered just a few days ago at a discount. He called to confirm he could and was surprised when they said yes. Once I told him I had my HD card coupon for 10% off he said I could choose one or the other. Needless to say, I didn’t get a fridge. Where has good customer service gone? Why can’t you have enough employees to help on a busy holiday weekend with a sale going on? So frustrating.

Walk around the garden center had to wait for two employees to finish talking about the week. I had to interrupt their conversation and come to find out Home Depot does not carry Bird Baths???

Called to see if they had a dishwasher before I came in. Called around closing time they said yes they had one. Coming from Mason told be there in the morning. Did not have in stock? WTHell. Never go there again.
