Surprised by how updated this HEB out in Kerville is. I am from San Antonio and this looked like one of the nicer HEBs from San Antonio. Friendly staff too, they helped me find what I needed

It’s a great store. Only complaint is the workers in the bakery. I HATE having to ask them for anything because I either have interrupted some lengthy conversation or I’ve caught someone accidentally whose job is “not slicing bread”. Definitely needs some customer service work.

You have changed the sliced cheese’s packaging and it’s awful. They don’t seal and cheese goes bad faster. Maybe use ziplock packaging. Also you took away the lg heavy duty yellow plastic meat bags. The plastic vegetable bags we have to use for meats so juices don’t run out all over everything don’t work, they tear. Even took away tie wraps. I understand trying to save money but I’m not saving money.

Great store. Great selection. Wish the hugh schools running the registers and bagging weren't so concerned socializing with each other. Otherwise love the store and selection for a small town.

Nice HEB with open and clear aisles. Well stocked with more options than most stores. Really like the larger area at the front.

My cousin needed MiO lemon-lime.
We checked everywhere and low and behold they were out...but.....the friendly staff ordered in extra for the next day delivery and put it aside!!

Kerrville new HEB. Is nice, BUT placing all the parking spots in front for online orders is not customer friendly at all for shoppers. Move those spaces to the side or back.
