This company hates customers. The automated service will not allow human customer service. They set it up to where customers can't get specific questions answered & therefore if the limited automated service doesn't answer your question, too bad. That's what FedX thinks of the people they serve. If they were volunteers I could understand because they're not getting paid to be useful, but this company rakes in billions of dollars, yet they don't feel any responsibility to the customers nor do they think they owe any explanation for their shotty delivery service. It's a take it or leave it attitude, they don't care!!
