This is one of the cleanest and biggest Dollar trees that I've been to and I'm from the Austin area. The staff was super helpful and didn't hesitate to help show me where things were when asked. Way to go Kerrville Y'all know how to do it

They have really increased their inventory. Right now they have Valentine's,St., Paddy's and Easter things. Lots of crafts and scrapbooking supplies,cards,and even groceries.

Came into the store around 5:15pm today and I was looking for just some random things. I came across some plug in air freshers at the end of the cleaning aisle. I noticed that they sold a scent that I haven’t seen in awhile but they didn’t have the wall plug in next to them so I made my way to the closest employee there and this employee was super rude. I said excuse me and she never looked up at me once. She also made this rude noise like a rhino apparently to give me the hint to leave her alone. I still proceeded to ask her if they had the wall plug in for this item and she just turned around and shook her head. This lady was a big associate with her hair pulled back into a ponytail. Not sure what her problem was but if you don’t like for someone to ask you a question in a store that you work at, please find a job that’s remote so you don’t have to come into contact with people. I left the items in the store and only purchased a few things due to the customer service. I went over to Big Lots and the customer service was great. Dollar Tree needs to have District Managers come through and do a clean sweep of this store and hire individuals that have a better attitude. This lady had a bad attitude and a horrible appearance to match.

"Dollar Tree" is one of my favorite stores. But, most of the time you can't find what you need. Today I got enough of what I was looking for. I think because it is the only "Dollar Tree" store in Kerrville, TX. Inventory runs out much faster. Tiny and another "Dollar Tree" store could open here in Kerrville, TX. ?
