Lots of items with no prices. Out of sales items. Staff was loudly complaining about other staff & the company, not professional.

Tried to buy cigarettes using my Texas CC license, the clerk said it wasn’t a legit ID, even though it’s issued by DPS and the state of Texas.
Please clerks, do your research. It’s an acceptable form of ID, it’s not a library card.

One of the managers is very rude. If you are going to work in customer service it is important to be kind. The store is often in disarray and the poor guys that work there seem over worked.

I don't know about all dollar generals but at this store I find things ring up not what's posted every time I go into store sales tag showed $7.50 rings up $9.50 this isn't a one off accurance just common practice in this store so be sure you watch prices if you are stoping in this store

This store and it’s staff are outstanding. The store is always clean and well organized. It’s on my way home from work and pretty much has just what I need. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’m so happy that it’s close by. It’s faster than going into HEB too. Convenient all the way around.
