This store is always a complete mess. That could probably be fixed if the workers weren't on permanent smoke breaks. When I asked for help from a lady with multicolored hair she told me "I don't know, I haven't worked all week". Okay...can you find out? She was then talking to the manager about a previous customer loud enough for all of us to hear. When you try to use the app they cannot help you at all and the never have the items that are on sale because the shelves aren't stocked. Neither of the other stores in Kerrville/Ingram are this way. Someone from corporate needs to come in and take over.

Friendly staff. You have to pay attention to the pricing at the checkout. I download all the digital coupons proior to shopping. I enter my phone # at the checkout each time. They have alot of pricing issues in their system. Not sure if price changes are done at the store level or corporate. Everytime Im being reimbursed between $5.00 and $20.00.. It always happens with their 12 pk. Coke and 15 pk Pepsi specials.

Went to go into your store at 453 and y’all had a sign that says closing at 5 the lady working shut the door in my face and said they were closed I told her your sign said 5 not 453 so rude you need to get better employees that don’t act like jerks and actually keep the store open till 5 she was tall white blonde hair and glasses

This DG is located in a shopping center that has; Hometown Crafts & Fabrics, Radio Shack, Anytime Fitness & much more! It is a smaller location so I normally go in when no one else is carrying whatever item I'm wanting. I never really find what I'm looking but try to substitute said items. The location is a great convenience for those that live right in town.
