This is a shout out to pharmacist Paul.
Awesome fellah. Managed to get my rx at 25% of what I paid last time. That's right, 1/4 of what I paid previously.
Ask for Paul, he will help you out in this era of Bidenflation... unlike the other guy who thought it suitable for me, and many others I am sure, to pay 4x what I needed to pay.
Thanks Paul!!

I use their app and can’t find my prescription. I call and get routed to an automated system to leave a message which they never return the call. I will be leaving this place as soon as I can.

Pharmacy employees are rude and condescending. I would not recommend this pharmacy. Last month they wanted to charge me $350 for my monthly meds. I questioned the price and they went back to the computer and changed the prices. It was $90. This was not the first time this has happened. What if they are doing this to an elderly person and that person pays the incorrect amount? This is just one example. I have many more. Bottom line, use a different pharmacy.

These guys rock. We love Wanda and the pharmacy pros that fill our prescriptions. You can actually park within 30 ft of the store. Try that at HEB or WalMart! NOT!

As a long-time customer of the CVS location in Kerrville, adjacent to HEB, my experiences over the past three years have been a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. Initially, the pharmacy staff demonstrated commendable qualities, including friendliness, efficiency, and expertise, which greatly contributed to my positive perception of the establishment. However, my recent encounters at this location have been highly upsetting and indicative of a significant decline in service quality. In particular, I have encountered issues with prescription fulfillment that have raised serious concerns about the competency and professionalism of the pharmacy staff. On two separate occasions, I discovered that my prescription for sleeping pills was only partially filled, despite having paid for the full quantity. While I understand that I do not frequently require these medications, it is nonetheless essential that I receive what I have paid for, especially when it pertains to my health and well-being. Moreover, my most recent experience involved filling a prescription for my father-in-law in preparation for a medical procedure. Despite the prescription being called in a timely manner, we were informed that it would not be ready for pickup until over 24 hours later. Upon receiving the prescription, we discovered that it was once again incomplete, further adding to our frustration as I had to make an extra trip back to etrieve the corrected prescription. What compounded the issue was the dismissive and confrontational attitude displayed by the pharmacist when I attempted to address the error. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and rectifying it promptly, I was met with resistance and attempts to deflect blame onto the prescribing physician. This lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply concerning and does not align with the standards expected of a reputable pharmacy. Furthermore, witnessing the treatment of an elderly gentleman in the drive-thru, who was experiencing difficulties with his prescription refill, only served to underscore the apparent decline in service standards at this location. The dismissive approach taken by the staff towards a vulnerable customer raises serious questions about their suitability for roles that involve critical healthcare services. In conclusion, my recent experiences with CVS Pharmacy in Kerrville have been highly disappointing and have eroded my confidence in the establishment. It is evident that there are issues affecting the quality of service provided, and urgent steps need to be taken to address these concerns. I sincerely hope that CVS takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all customers receive the high standard of care and professionalism they deserve.

I went to get a prescription transferred because my normal pharmacy was out, and the pharmacist told me it would be 24 hours and refused to do anything about it today. The whole reason I was transferring it was because I needed it today. He was condescending and uncaring. We live an hour and a half from town and are moving out of state in a few days. He was incredibly rude. It was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I used to be a pharmacy tech, and I would have never ever treated a customer the way he treated me.

Three days ago I picked up my prescriptions at the drive thru. When I got home I opened the bags and found one bottle had about 20 pills in it and no label on the bottle.Today I went into the pharmacy all told them what happened. They did not believe me and would not replace the pills I didn't get. I am getting ready to take a month long trip to Europe. I need these pills. They refilled my prescriptions and CHARGED me again. As an MD I would never go to CVS. They are careless and dangerous in handling medicines. Ronald McIntire MD

Went by this CVS and needed help and the cashier Stephanie was so helpful and lovely, she really went above and beyond to help me. The manager Edward seemed to be a little grumpy and not very kind but the sweet young lady at the register really encompassed hill country hospitality and made our day. Thank you Stephanie for being so patient and kind!

Tyla, was very helpful and gracious to check us out. She gave us a listening ear which was much needed. It was wonderful to find a patient and caring employee.
