I had an excellent experience with Custom Glass and Mirror. Very professional and helpful. Colleen the admin was thoughtful, informative and let me know ahead of time what to expect and how to prepare for the glass replacement. She was so understanding of my schedule and really made such an effort to coordinate and communicate everything to me as quick as possible. Despite the job being in Fredericksburg, the installers came out here bright and early giving me a call ahead of time and were very kind, quick, clean, and professional. My business and I will definitely be using them for all of our glass needs in the future.

Custom Glass & Mirror installed our custom made glass shower doors on our new home. I would highly recommend you use them for any glass or mirror project they are honest, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We received a great product at a fair price and it was ready weeks before the estimated date.

Highly recommend Custom Glass & Mirror. Josh and his team went out of their way to help us with the glass in our master bathroom twice in a 4 month period. James did the work and each time the work was exceptional. Very professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to deliver great service in some crazy business times for the home construction & renovation industry.

I'm updating my parents house to sell, I live in another state and need to get back home. I had no referrals to help so I looked up a company on Yelp and found Custom Glass and Mirror. SO HAPPY I did! They were great from the first contact. I needed a shower door replaced and it had to be special ordered, initially we were told it could take 4-5 weeks but it came in a week and they were out to install it the next day! They also removed the old builder grade mirrors for me, one was 96" long! The entire crew were polite and conscientious and made sure I understood the entire process. I wish I could have them do my house in California :). I highly recommend this company.

5/21/2019 This company is a breath of fresh air. After breaking our second sliding glass patio door in a two month period (string trimmer), we needed a replacement that didn't cost an arm-and-a-leg. These techs were as professional as you could ever want and did a super job, PLUS very friendly! They even left a can of window cleaner. We got a bid so the price was not a surprise......but it was 1/3 of what "another" company charged us. Go to the head of the class Custom Glass & Mirror!! THANK YOU!!
