Challey, the manager and Stephanie another employee were amazing. They talked me into switching from an android to an iPhone and I am so happy they did. I am so in love with my iPhone and it didn’t take long to do the switch. Definitely recommend either Challey or Stephanie to anyone Very professional I was a straight talk customer for almost 10 years so glad I switched over to cricket

I purchased this smartwatch from Cricket wireless in the Kerrville store. My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. It was about 30 minutes before closing. I understand that people like to go home on time. I worked 30 years as a nurse. Everything should be about costumer service in every job there is on this planet. The girls were nice and attentive while I upgraded my phone. My husband could not because,of course, they were out of the phone he wanted. After they explained the phone, I happened to see this smartwatch on their pegboard. I asked if it was any good and the girls, kind of told me sure. My husband had to complete things for me because I had two little ones I was dealing with. It was time for the store to close, but the girls kept up with the sale. When the transaction was completed we left without any information related to the watch and my data not transferred from one device to another. Our son helped me transfer the data. I unwrapped the watch keeping the inside paperwork and started charging the watch. The next day I looked at the watch, it had the wrong time on it. I tried to read the instructions to find out how to set the watch. There are none. I connect it to my phone, not only did it not transferred anything from the watch to my phone, but still it had the wrong time.Yesterday, I took phone and watch back to store. After 15 minutes of a different lady trying to play with it, she ask a coworker ( someone else different) because the young lady had the same watch. She indicated that I needed to scan the barcode on the wrapper to connect the watch and phone. No where on the outside packaging stated that. No one said anything about it at time of purchase. To make a long story short, I left the store. The two girls acted as if it was my fault and oh well. I spent $69.00 + tax on a watch ( Piece of equipment) that I can't use. Called the main company that took the complaint. I am sure if I had completed about a phone, things would have been different. You carry a watch or anything else at your store, you should be able to help someone. The only help I can get is an overseas phone call to Denmark.I am not happy. I want my money back, and I want to throw this piece of junk away

Cricket seems to have gone the way of all the other big boys in the cell phone business and this location is completely hit or miss but mostly miss when it comes to having someone actually willing or able to help. The sales person who welcomed me into the store, who's turn it must have been for the next customer, was the only one who seemed at all interested in helping me and she must have been very new because she seemed to know nothing.I came in to add a line and upgrade an existing line and she could tell me anything about any of the devices in the store other that the brand and the price. And even that, turns out isn't accurate. There's no clear, straight forward pricing for anything. The "best" service they could give me was for me to tell them what I wanted to "try" and then have it rung up and if I wasn't satisfied then it could be canceled. At the time I was like, well, it is what it is, I don't really have any better solutions. But then I find out later on the Cricket website that there is a deal for 4 lines (which I now have by adding a line) for $50 month less and includes more features than I currently have. Seems like a sales person would know enough to be able to actually help a customer, instead of just a 'cashier' who can ring up a sale.I think next time I'll ask for the owner or try Fredericksburg or some other location. Or forget working with a local store at all and just go straight to the website.I will give one extra star for having phones in stock and how relatively quickly I was able to get in and get out.

Been with Cricket for a couple of years. Service was not great. When my wife’s old phone crashed we went to Cricket and paid over a 1000 dollars for new i phone 11. Now three months later we decided to switch carriers but Cricket will not unlock the phone for another three months. Was hung up on twice when I called customer service. One person said they could not unlock it because it was FCC requirement which it isn’t. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service and poor cellular reception

After multiple calls between Verizon and AT&T with less than satisfied results, I drove to Cricket in Kerrville and was helped by Cally. She provided me with a new cell phone and plan that met my needs and within my budget. I highly recommend Cally. She is a kind and professional person.

Playing loud rap music full of curse words! Very unprofessional. Kayleigh F. never answered all my questions, lied to me & didn't seem to know much, gave me incorrect information, as she kept looking at her co-worker for help. She never bothered to smile or say thank you. She has no business in customer service. Horrible customer service.

My wife and I brought our phones to cricket. Our phones were tested in their system for compatibility and passed the test.We paid 150$ for one month of service along with sim cards, and activation fees. After paying and inserting the sim cards, it was apparent that one of the phones was unable to make calls. We spent 2 hours at the store until the manager informed us that infact the phone was not compatible with their service. There was a list of compatible phones and my phone was not on this list. However I was not made aware of this list until after I was charged. On top of that, they claimed that what I paid was completely non-refundable. They claimed all features were not guaranteed, when mine was missing the most basic feature, MAKING A PHONE CALL!!I have filed claims with FCC, Better Business Bureau, and Cricket wireless corporate offices. I feel scammed, and cheated... Total bait and switch. Not to mention the "5g" service is extremely slow.. even a simple scroll on Instagram was very slow... They also tried to feed us some line of crap that they were near a courthouse with a cell tower blocker... However the speeds were just as slow all over Kerrville.

I used to really enjoy going to Cricket. Now I only go when Cheli is there. She is tops! Professional, knowledgeable, a go getter multitasker with a friendly smile and friendly attitude. There is one young kid probably in her early teens, who doesn't know much but acts like she knows it all. Is reluctant to help and has an attitude that would peel paint off the wall, it's that abrasive she is. You'll know who she is when you try to get help from her. A tiny thing with the character of a sumo mud wrestle.
