“I enjoy JC Penney. I can find moderately priced, good clothing for work. We're in the throes of a heat wave in Central Texas and I hit JC Penney at the exact right time! They're running a huge Father's Day sale and even though I was only shopping for myself....absolutely cleaned up! The young man who rang up my purchases was absolutely delightful!”
