You think something is on sale and that the online coupons will work with it. But when you read the details on the coupon, they don't apply to the majority of the store!!!
Extremely frustrating when trying to shop, and then you get to the register and have to tell them to put most of it back.

Since moving to Kerrville, Belk’s has become our go-to department store! The store is well apportioned and has a great men’s department. I have the privilege of working with Billy when I visit the store . He has to be one of the most friendly, and helpful sales associate I have worked with. His approach to dealing with customers is outstanding! He represents the Belk brand in a professional and attentive manner. He greets you with a broad smile and always tells us how he loves working at Belk’s. Thank you to Belk’s for having this store available to us in Kerrville, Texas.

Love this store! The have a wide variety of items. The store is a little messy with clothes stuffed on the racks, so be prepared to get a workout to sort through it all. But the bargains are worth it!~

This store is in disarray, horrible smell of mold when i walked in. Clothes falling off hangers, messy shelves and no staff around. The store was a ghost town. Disappointed!

Belk has become my shopping haunt! I love the store. And, most of their staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few that work at the makeup counter who are not overly friendly or helpful. However, with that said, I wouldn't let that sour my overall opinion of Belk! Great prices and some awesome deals. It's a gem of a store in Kerrville, TX.

Every time I have been in the store for the past few years, it has been an absolute disaster. It’s messy, clothes are falling off the racks, partly because they are packed in so much that there’s no room to hang them neatly, and partly because the employees don’t seem to care. There is only one women’s dressing room and it’s a wreck. Wallpaper is peeling off, lightbulbs are out… It’s just plain dirty looking.
To top it all off, I was talking to a friend on the phone today while she was there. She was telling me that the area was a mess and that part of the reason was because employees don’t even hang things up where they belong. An employee was in the area, hanging clothes up in the wrong place and not neatly, overhead and confronted her. When my friend told her that the place was a mess and that she couldn’t deny it, the employee told my that she didn’t have to shop there. I overheard this conversation and my friend was not rude, just very frustrated because it’s impossible to find things. The proper response from the employee would have been, “I’m sorry ma’am. Is there something I can help you find?” Nope.

This was my first time to ever shop at Belk. I was very surprised at how many things they had in my size. The nicest lady at the Estée Lauder counter helped me named Karen. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be shopping again at Belk.

I was looking for last minute gifts. I found myself at the perfumery station and got the impression I was bothering some of the attendants when I asked if they had specific types of cologne. I decided against cologne and looked at blankets and clothing. It was a bit of a challenge finding a register that I could check out as they were empty.
