Wish I could give no stars I’ve been banking with PNC for 3 years now this bank is a joke along with everyone working in it I’ve been waiting two and a half weeks for a new debit card not to mention this card is less then 6 months old and the chip quit working to make it even better they automatically shut off existing card after 14 days so going on day 3 of no card then they “overnight” one free of charge and still no debit card and this is the 2nd time it’s happened I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this bank withdrawing all funds and done and all existing members should do the same

One person in the lobby, one person in the drive thru, two people in offices, and waiting over half an hour to update my name on the account on my third attempt. Shopping for local bank that can manage to keep employees happy.

A zero would be more like it. PNC bought Compass and transferred account numbers in august. Did not transfer electronic data so no information is available for 2022 taxes except manual statements. No one cares and have spent Hours at bank and customer service. I recommend looking for a better bank that cares. Everything about PNC is different than BBVA. Their Zelle use policy limits individuals to $1000 per day. No exceptions. They don’t care. Remember this!!! They don’t care and no one in this bank can make a decision.

Not a single person here has any clue what they're doing. Go in person: unhelpful, unprofessional tellers. Call: clueless. Talk to branch manager: still clueless. The worst bank I have ever dealt with, BY FAR.

I used to really like my bank. With all the staff changes, it's not the same. Less friendly, not as helpful, and staff seem unhappy many days.

I have banked with BBVA since I was 13 and recently moved at 24, so getting used to a new team was definitely surprising. I absolutely LOVE Alvi he is my saving grace! He's so sweet, kind, and understanding he really explains everything perfectly; and Katie, the branch manager is awesome too! I love this bank they make everything so easy and I couldn't have asked for a better team! 5 stars!

Worst bank ever ..Braindead customer service and manager never responds to emails and phone conversations , he should be axed from this position . Hard to get anything done here ,just pathetic . If you value good service this bank is not for you . After 12 years and large balances I'm moving on ...
