“I love the sales staff and have always been treated very well, but the recent service I was not happy with! The mechanic removed the cabin air filter and did not put it back. He didn’t put the cover back or the glovebox door! He just left it on the floor. I had already got home and hooked on my trailer for my trip when I found the glovebox door laying on the floor. I had to go all the way back to town and buy a filter and put my truck back together! I did not go back to the dealer because I was leaving early the next morning and didn’t have time to wait around for them to open.?”

“On a cold Sunday morning, my battery gave up. After a jumpstart, I drove straight to advance auto parts. The general manager, for the store was the only employee there, and so he helped me find the right battery for my truck, and because he had no employees there that day, he gave me the tools. I needed to step out front and remove my old worn out battery and replace it with the new battery. He just sold me. What made this so much Lo more impressive is because he didn't have employees there to help me, He gave me a discount on the battery. That is what is the true measure of great customer service! I am a fan of this location from this day forward!”

“The staff at Kerrville Auto Body is great. They don't just do the work. They explain the process in whatever detail you need/want. For some, that's very basic. For others, if they want to discuss every step, they'll be happy to do so with you. And, their work is fanatic! But do NOT overlook Tiffany, their finish detailer! My GF's vehicle was in ROUGH shape, cleanliness-wise. (Probably 2.5 years since it was last cleaned...?) She made it look like NEW! Down to polishing the headlamps from orangey/browny-yellow, to crystal clear. I build high performance cars, rock crawlers, and rock bouncers... I'll definitely be visiting these guys for paint/body in the future.”

“Was having trouble installing a rear wiper blade on my wife's car. Could not get the arm off which I learned was needed to replace the wiper. Tried for awhile to do it with the arm on and no go. Had bought the replacment blade at another parts store. Decided to go to NAPA and ask for help because they a put on the rear wiper blade I was replacing. They showed me how to get tha arm off and put the new rear wiper blade that I had bought, with no questions or charge. Great service and this will be my only parts store moving forward.”

“This store seems to lean towards heavy duty trucks/tractor trailers/ farm and construction equipment. they have very heavy duty stuff like large hydrolic hoses, chains and other heavy duty hardware. But they also have car parts tools hardware like screws and bolts air compressor parts and adapters. This is no ordinary auto parts store and is worth looking around specialty for gear heads. Next time I need parts I'm going back jus5 to look around again. Worth checking out!”
