“We needed to replace the awning on our 2022 Winnebago View 24 V and decided to stop by the Kerrville dealershp where we purchased the unit. John Gilbert did an excellent job ordering the correct replacement awning from the manufacturer and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The part arrived as promised and Kelley Hanks did an excellent job on the installation.

“On a cold Sunday morning, my battery gave up. After a jumpstart, I drove straight to advance auto parts. The general manager, for the store was the only employee there, and so he helped me find the right battery for my truck, and because he had no employees there that day, he gave me the tools. I needed to step out front and remove my old worn out battery and replace it with the new battery. He just sold me. What made this so much Lo more impressive is because he didn't have employees there to help me, He gave me a discount on the battery. That is what is the true measure of great customer service! I am a fan of this location from this day forward!”

“This store seems to lean towards heavy duty trucks/tractor trailers/ farm and construction equipment. they have very heavy duty stuff like large hydrolic hoses, chains and other heavy duty hardware. But they also have car parts tools hardware like screws and bolts air compressor parts and adapters. This is no ordinary auto parts store and is worth looking around specialty for gear heads. Next time I need parts I'm going back jus5 to look around again. Worth checking out!”
“This store and the people that work here are the BEST! I had a piece of my vehicle get ripped off in a carwash. Napa Auto Parts in Ingram, TX got the pieces for me to reattach the piece and put it back on for me before my showing that same day. Chris Colbath has always been very helpful in assisting my husband and I with our vehicle needs.”

“I was out of town when my battery purchased from O'Reilly Auto Parts in Columbus, TX two years previously was having problems charging so Kenneth from the Kerrville location tested the alternator and battery and concluded that the battery needed to be replaced. He did not endorse anyone but provided me a list of three mechanics I could call to replace the battery which went smooth. I returned the old battery and received a full refund on the new one since it was within the warranty period. Kenneth and the Kerrville O'Reilly Auto Parts store is a positive reflection on the O'Reilly brand and is why customers are loyal to the O'Reilly brand.”

“Busted an old hydraulic hose on my tractor - took it with me, and they made me an exact replacement in less than 10 minutes! Cost about $45 - so maybe not economical for a full replacement of all my hoses, but an absolute life saver to get me back up and running same day, with no fuss! Thank you for offering this service!!”

He not only came and checked on me to make sure he didn’t accidentally miss me, but did the assessment early while I was waiting on enterprise. All of the staff is friendly and prompt. “Stopped in at the Kerrville Autozone needing help with a blown tail light fuse. The friendly ladies there were helpful in finding where the fuse box and while there it was discovered the engine had no oil. Thankful for their help, we made it back home.”
