I literally just left the store. I’m extremely disappointed and have left the store not wanting to go get a new phone despite wanting to going in. I walked in around 4:50PM tonight wanting to trade in my current iPhone for a newer one; with that being said the first thing to happen as I walked in was I was the only customer in there and there were two employees. One promptly left upon seeing me and my toddler walk in. The other one barely spoke loud enough for me to realize he was asking me questions. I mentioned what I wanted and he said “okay. So do you want to sit there or come over here to me?” He never once got up from his seat and I felt awkward not going over in the first place. Next, as he was looking at my phone the other employees (there were several) all came out and stared at my daughter and I like we were in a zoo and they were shocked I brought my toddler inside with me. After that I stated I wanted to upgrade and the employee stated “well if you don’t pay it off it’s our property and we close at 6 so if I don’t finish you can’t have a phone.” I said “oh” and he repeated “at 6 we are closed. That’s it. No staying after and the phone is ours if you don’t pay it off”. I simply said I would come back tomorrow and left. If I come back tomorrow I will be sure to NOT GET THE GUY WHO “HELPED” ME TONIGHT.

Unfortunately the customer service rep. was not qualified to wait on people and almost cost me 800.00 by telling me I needed to purchase a new phone because mine was fried. He did not know what he was talking about. I simply reset my phone and corrected the problem. A simple reset was all I needed certainly not a new 800.00 phone. Terrible unqualified customer service. Beware and be careful at the ATT store in Kerrville Texas. They tried to take advantage of an old person.

This is a very nice hill country style At&t store, conveniently located right off of Junction Highway.We went in to get a phone for my son, and Isaiah saw me walk in and was quick to get up and welcome me and started assisting me right away. I was in and out in about 30 mins with a new phone. Isaiah was quick, polite, respectful, and efficient.Thank you very much for your help ,Isaiah.

I only waited 5 min and my problem was resolved. The tech was very professional. However there needs to be a place for new walkins to sign in. Or better yet, take a number next system. Come att you can afford it. This store gets busy at times. Go early or go around 4ish.

Diego, at the AT&T store in Kerrville, Texas helped me select a phone after listening to my concerns and needs.He set everything up for me, including pairing my phone with my van. He was very helpful and encouraged me to return if I had anymore questions.

I went to this store because they were supposed to be holding 2 phones for us. We were disappointed to find out that they sold them to someone else before we got there. We settled on phones with less memory, but not what we really drove all of the way there for. We could have traveled less, or ordered what we actually wanted if we had known this. Customer service is about keeping your word.

Went in to purchase a new screen protector. There were several employees and only a couple of customers. The employee that finally helped me was sort of rude and seemed put out. While he was replacing my screen protector, I asked if he could check on a couple of things on my phone. After he finished replacing the screen protector, he handed it back to me, gave me the packaging and then checked nothing.
