Too overwhelmed. Sales person followed us. I did not want a sales person. We left. Unpleasant experience. This is my opinion. We're looking for mattresses but left due to not leaving me/us alone until we wanted help.

Called up and asked for a replacement part for a bedframe. The person who answered the phone said I don't know to every question. It seemed like she had little interest in helping me. When I do replace my bedroom set I will not go here. Poor service is unsuly not a one time event.

I am so so pleased with this store and the staff! I purchased a beautiful dining room table, and Deena was so helpful to me through the entire process! When we went to pick the table up the staff was so helpful and kind! Vickie was super nice as well! Could not be more pleased with my experience!!!

I had a very bad experience with the Ashley Store in San Antonio on Pat Booker Rd trying to order a mechanism for my sleeper sofa. They told me that they would not order it for me because I didn't buy it from them. So I called John (the Manager) at the Kerrville store and he was more then happy to order the part. The part was ready for pickup within two weeks, and he didn't even charge me untill I picked it up. This store has exceptional customer service and it was well worth the trip to purchase it from John. I will always make my future purchases from this store, and I will strongly recommend anyone needing furniture to go see John in Kerrville, TX.Thank you so much, John!
