I don't live in Kerrville and this is my most visited and favorite Armstrong-McCall location! I frequent Kerrville (multiple times a month) and have clients and families hair that I do when I come to town, and this location is a life saver!! They are typically well stocked with everything I need and have always received a helping hand or an extra look from the staff if something wasn't on the shelf. I have always felt taken care of at this location and I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa (I believe she is a manager), She has been there the last several times I have been to town and she is not only the sweetest but so helpful. I hope Armstrong-McCall knows how lucky they are to have her, she's always been so helpful to me but also is always working so hard and helping other customers and caring for the store which makes it a more enjoyable place for me to come to and a nice environment to get what I need. I'm sorry for not writing a review sooner, But Alyssa Thank you for all that you do, I appreciate you!!

Armstrong McCall is currently at its finest. The young lady who used to manage it is gone and has been replaced by the sweetest, most knowledgeable and friendly staff you could ever ask to receive. They are so wonderful to be around and are genuinely helpful. Instead of going to a nearby city, I now buy the majority of my professional products here. Most recently, I purchased a gift set and other individual products. I love it here! If you’ve had a bad experience in the past, I highly recommend giving this shop another chance because it’s an awesome experience under new management.

Consistently closed, at the most random times of day. I have gone 5 times in the past two weeks and it has only been open once. Since it’s the only place within 50 miles that I can get professional products it really puts us cosmetologists in a bind. And on the slight chance you come when it’s open you can rarely get what you came for. Would rather spend my money local but I don’t have much of an option anymore.

From my experience in the last year and a half of shopping here- I have struggled to be able to purchase a LOT of items as they are always low in stock. Also, the store is very disorganized and can be a struggle to find particular items especially in the hair color section. I will stick to my RDA lady!
