This was my first visit and I was very happy with the service I received. I was on a "work-in" basis, but my car was quickly checked, and what fortunately turned out to be a minor problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed and repaired. The staff was very friendly a d welcoming.

I been using this shop for years lately they been going down hill took my truck in for ac repair he said truck is ready said he put freon in it and said compress is weak but it cools when I'm on the highway what kind of answer is that I work outside need my ac fixed my guess is he didn't want to mess with it also had truck cause fuel gage was not working said he put code in now it is ready for pickup as soon as I got it near closing time it was not working took it back said he needed a deposit this shop socks should close down already.

I paid almost 2 grand for my ac it only lasted a year and come to find out they put a rebuilt compressor in and it went out. They want me to pay them another thousand so they can fix their mistake. I highly recommend for people to go somewhere else. This is a scam that this shop is known for. Be smart go somewhere else

Someone had hit and broke my side mirror so the motor that moves the mirrors in and out would constantly run. I called Action Auto and explained what I needed, they told me to come in right away so my battery wouldn't run down. I was helped immediately even though he was busy with other cars and it took less than 5 min to turn off the motor! And they didn't charge me! This is the type of small town service I love, and will definitely go back again for any of my car troubles.Services: Electrical

My daughter is heading to an out of state internship, so I brought her car in for all the repairs and maintenance college students ignore. The owner and everyone there did a great job taking care of us! They got her 2008 Corolla running great quickly and for far less than we had anticipated. Outstanding service and super friendly even if you're a first time customer! I was traveling on I-10 and lost the Water Pump on my truck. The owner and his excellent staff got me on the road with a new pump and belt. The pricing for parts and labor were simply fair and affordable. Outstanding care and customer service. My 04 Explorer wasn't running right and the check engine light was on. I was dreading a big bill. Kenny had me drop it off and he worked it into his schedule. It ended up being a simpler (and much less expensive) fix than I had anticipated. Thank you Action for your honesty and prompt service. I definitely recommend this place and will return for future automotive needs!
