The manager there at the monahans Cricket helped me switch from Verizon and was very patient with assisting me get my account info. She then went the extra mile in transferring my Google acount to my new cricket phone. Set me up on autopay and even HBO Max I'm now a cricket customer for life and tell all my friends and family to make the switch

Hello I would like to share my experience with y’all. I recently purchased a wireless charger at the Cricket location in monahans TX for 50$. You would think for that price it would be a very nice charger. Well it wasn’t the first one did not work at all. I came back and they exchanged it with a different product. dont take it wrong i love this store i love the fact wverytime i go i feel super welcome but just the sales rep noel i believe is his name is just so pushy and is very bad in interrupting when im talking to the other sales rep . he jumps in after i have told him many times no he still insist in me buying an accessory i have said no 5 times he keep pushing it ! i love the manager judith she is always so helpful but just him i think the store would be better off with out him been so demanding and pushy ! i rate it a 1 start for the simple fact he makes it so unpleasant for me to go to the store and its been more customer complain about him been pushy to buy sales im not the only one ive been in store when they complain about him been pushy im sorry bit i think you need better sales rep that care about customer not commission it makes me sad ! im thinking of moving to tmobile just so i wont have to deal with this . when i go to store and manager is alone its so peaceful and she is so understanding its just her employee who is so pushy so unpleasant to deal with him.

been going to this place since july and we had a couple of bad experience with thw old manager then the new manager came along and we been returning to pay my bill and i just love the store manager judith shes always so polite and always takes care of our needs . we never leave un happy ! we have upgraded 2 times and she has always been happy help us me and my husband love going to this location service is amazing . this store couldnt of gotten a better manager . she is an amazing human being .
