While work in the Oil Fields can always varies, Chalk does have means to pay they're drivers. In WTX they have struggled to fine the right balance & location when it comes to work site. The closing of Loving, and in the near future Kermit show the volatility of the industry. While there are ways to make good to great income in the company, it wlcan be quite tedious. They want you to aim for three loads a day within 12 hrs and then have drivers wait(from my personal experience 9hrs to do 1 load) at the frac sites for X amount of time. While it shows the commitment to drivers to pay by the hours based on the market per load of sand, drivers make pennies on the dollar. I hope to see more investments into the driving force in the future if not drive longevity will continue to be an issue.

Was let go for unpaid surcharges at the Glen Rose terminal. Three years later tried to rehire at the Kermit facility only to find out I was let go due to 'conduct issues' Anybody that knows me will tell you that if I'm mad it's for a good reason and I definitely wasn't mad when I recieved the call from Brian telling me they had let me go because my license was suspended temporarily due to unpaid surcharges. No money to pay these surcharges as I was waiting on the first check. Definitely do not need the reputation as a trouble maker. So if someone could please address the situation it would be greatly appreciated.
