They close at 6pm.. I sent a message to see if they would resume normal hours the following day , and I never expected to get a response within 30 mins..Wow!! “I don't know how this natural grocery store has been around a year and I just now went into it for the first time. It's a local grocery store with some locations in Dallas (and one in Waxahachie) but this is the first time I've been into an Ann's. This location is on the bottom floor of the 101 Center apartments facing Abrams St. It's right next to City Hall, the Downtown Library, Levitt Pavilion, Inclusion Coffee, etc.Ann's is larger than a convenience store but definitely smaller than a Whole Foods or Sprouts. Nevertheless, they have a pretty decent assortment of food, drinks, household goods, and supplements that fall under the broad natural grocery category. They have a nice selection of local and specialty beers if you're looking for something to take to one of the Levitt Pavilion concerts. They even carry several products I've never seen at other natural grocers. Some products are a bit pricey but most of them are comparable to what you'll pay at one of the larger chains like Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Target. There's also a free rewards program you can sign up for at the register and coupons you can sign up for on their website.Everyone is nice and helpful in the store. The manager even offered to try to get in some items in I was looking for.Definitely check out Ann's and support your local natural grocery store!”

“First, I would just like to say my first time in a GNC was such a nice experience. I had a ton of questions and the kind you g lady helped me tremendously. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.Secondly, the reviews from this Damon Bell and Kimberla Bell couple were completely unwarranted. I was the gentlemen that actually was shopping at the same time these two came in and they were immediately irritated. It was pretty busy in the store with 7-8 other people looking around and only 2 staff. The male associate was checking out customers at the register and the female associate was trying to help as many people as she could. This irritated couple then start saying “Nobody is helping me” and walking around disgruntled. As the girl associate was reassuring me that the products I was looking at wouldn’t mess with my medication this Damon Bell person gets in her face and says something along the lines of not helping them. She’s kind enough to apologize but he steps in closer and says “No you’re not!”. This guy is lucky I’m not 20 years younger cause I would have swung at him for that. VERY rude mean people! I APPLAUD the young women’s poise for simply disregarding the comment. 5 stars for her customer service alone!”

“My mother have OA in her knees. She tried many herbal supplements and over the counter pain killer. Have very little to no effect for her knee, I had my mother tried Arth, and after a few weeks she notice a some differences in her knee discomfort. Decrease in swelling in her knees , she is able to walk for longer period of time for groceries shopping. She is able to do some of activity of daily living without pain.
