“Great company. Booked a tow from one shop to another. Shortly before the tow driver arrived onsite I found out the shop it was to be dropped at would be closed and had no access to the property. They gladly rescheduled the tow for the following morning with no additional charges. Both dispatchers I spoke to were kind, personable, informative, and helpful. Great customer service!”
“Called early in the morning, thinking I would get an appointment a day or 2 out. Very nice girl said "I can have someone there within the hour!" I wasn't expecting same day pick up! Driver was very polite and professional. This is the second time we have used this business and I highly recommend them to any wife who is tired of their husband's massive old junk car collection piling up. If he hasn't gotten to them in 25 years, he's never gonna!”

“Chico is amazing! My car overheated on the way home. Me and my son were stuck on the 20 waiting for my car to cool down so I could fill up the antifreeze reservoir and hopefully make it the rest of the way home, 4.2 miles. But 2 miles in my car overheated again. I had to call for a tow truck. I was upset because of my car situation and was getting more upset because all the tow truck companies I called were not answering. Then I called Chicos. I'm so glad Chico answered! He is amazing! I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive at my location. He greeted us and then he hooked my car up to his tow truck fast but carefully, he didn't rush thru it. The ride to my house wasn't awkward which was a relief. We made small talk about what happened to my car and about different cars. I did ramble a little but Chico didn't seem to mind. When we arrived at my house he asked if I wanted my car in the street or the driveway. I told him it didn't matter and he said he would put my car in the driveway so it isn't in the street. Most people would drop it at the easiest spot and be done. But not Chico. He cared where my car was parked! And he reversed my car into the driveway perfectly! He is a pro! If you need towing services I recommend Chico. He is very sweet, quick and efficient but careful, considerate, cares about what he is doing, and knows how to treat people. If I need towing services again I won't call anyone else. Thank you again Chico!”

“I needed a quick a simple tow from my house to a local mechanic shop. Based on the task they had to complete of towing my truck, the price was very reasonable and fair. Dispatcher told me 20 to 25 minutes and showed up on time in about 15 minutes. Overall time to complete the job was very efficient and quick and extremely grateful for their awesome service.”

“Take your car to Mr Jesse Rodriguez and you won't be sorry. I took him my car because of a rear main seal leak. I took it early Tuesday morning and got it back Thursday afternoon. He had to take the engine and the transmission out and still got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and I paid less than what he quoted. I'm totally satisfied with his work.”

“Unfortunately had to use a towing service for the first time yesterday. Glad I came across this company. Spoke with a woman the first time I called (as I was just trying to get some quotes) and spoke with a gentleman the second time (to secure their services), and both were very nice and helpful. The driver called me to let me know how soon he’d be arriving at my location, and got there within a timely manner. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. Took him less than 5 minutes to get my vehicle hooked up. He was very safe and careful during transport.
