I have been with CubeSmart with this particular location for 4.5 years and they have been amazing. Shay is really nice and helped when I was locked out of my storage unit with the best customer service. She keeps the location so neat and clean. I have been with the Kennedale Cubesmart for over 10 years and have never had anything but the best customer service. Shay is the hardest worker and kind person who values her customers and takes awesome care of the property. She is a fantastic representative of the company.
