Very high price! It's like they try to find something wrong with the tank not to fill it. One tank was only 2 years old and bought from this location. As a full time rver I've filled tanks all over the metroplex as well as the country and this is the worst choice. Only went there this time as I was in the area. It will be my last time. There idea of customer service appears to be they are doing me a favor!

They fill other companies lease tanks which is illegal. Extremely slow response time, and have high prices. I would suggest sticking with a locally family owned business that actually cares for its customers.

Needed to get my 20-lb tank filled and the folks at Ferrelgas were extremely helpful. Price was fair and service was excellent.

My household has been on LP gas consumer for the last 6 years, for which all but the last 5 months have been with Ferrellgas. We utilize the gas for home heating, water heating, and cooking and we own a 500 gallon tank (not leased). We were on the Ferrellgas auto fill program the entire time for convenience so we would get regular fillings without having to submit requests. During the first 4 years I noticed that in the winter months the interval between fillings would decrease down to once a month with at least 250 gallons being billed each time (at $3 plus per gallon this is no trivial matter). I was not well informed as this was our first foray into residential gas usage so I reported the issue to Ferrellgas and they sent out a tech to investigate. The tech reported a small leak around the pressure gauge, fixed it (for a fee), and topped off the tank. During the 2 following winters the issue continued unabated. The cold months would arrive and we would go from regular 250 plus gallon fillings every 4-6 months to every 1-2 months. Again we called Ferrellgas and they stated it was not uncommon for households to use that much gas during the winter months. Now, I'm not a home heating expert but I'm not a moron either. I was convinced that rate of usage is very extreme so I dropped Ferrellgas and requested a filling from a local outfit (who charged $1 less per gallon by the way) at the beginning of one of the coldest January's on record here in Fort Worth. Guess what? It is now May 1st and our tank is just now at 50%. I am convinced Ferrellgas fleeced us for thousands of dollars over a 5 year span for fraudulently billing us for fill-ups which were not needed. Of course I will never be able to prove it in court so all I can do is try to warn others who may be considering doing business with Ferrellgas.
