I had visited this school to enroll my grandson. But i quickly realized that the administration is very bias toward their students. Coming from another school i see this as very unprofessional. As i was visiting i saw one of there admins escorting a student out for protecting one of there fellow teammates. As i don't know the full story but from hearing things from the students as i asked makes this seem very unprofessional from a school standpoint. From what i saw kids are very discouraged due to the teachers not wanting the type of distracting environment in their classroom. Kids taught in this school students are obedient and to shut away there energy to school life and classroom learning. I sense that it was such a dull and uncreative environment that it made my grandson want to leave almost immediately. I am so glad i toured the school before enrolling cause this school was definitely a disgrace.

As a staff member, I can honestly say that Fellowship has very caring teachers. They want their students to be successful, and the teachers work hard to foster a partnership with the families. My job position has me in and out of many classrooms in elementary. I have the privilege of seeing firsthand how caring and supportive these A.M.A.Z.I.N.G teachers are!

I absolutely love Fellowship! It is a positive environment. Being a smaller school allows staff, students, and their families to form a really tightknit community. My son loves his teachers and has made solid friendships. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging.

Do not come to this school if you are of color or have a personality mean the admin is not good and is very bias towards their own kids and have zero consideration for families and do not get to know the student on a personal level unless they benefit from it it is clear they show favoritism.

I visited the school this evening for a JH basketball game my family member played in. I was truly impressed by the way the teams started the game with prayer. The boys game was fast paced but in the end the Mustangs loss. At the end of the game when the teams normally shake hands Coach Hornbuckle had the Mustangs just leave the court and go to the locker room without showing good sportsmanship especially being a Christian school. The other team lined up but the Mustangs left. I understand losing hurts but the leadership that Coach displayed is a horrible reflection on the school and what a terrible lesson to teach the players. This is only JH and the school prides themselves on "Your children will be taught of the Lord, and great will be their peace." Isaiah 54:13. I am not sure the behavior of the Coach and the lesson he taught the players as well as the blemish on the school reflects this. I was always under the impression when you work at a "christian " school and you walk around wearing school gear you must remember you represent the school and Christ. The crowd as well as the players were left to only assume the worst of Coach Hornbuckle, his leadership with the players and the players behavior by not shaking hands. I do not want this to be a reflection of the overall school but felt it important to share this so hopefully this kind of behavior no matter the reason is displayed at a school by a Coach representing Christ if possible.

Great administration, teachers and curriculum. Love the small class sizes and the community environment. We know our kids are seen and loved - it truly takes a village and we're happy Fellowship is part of our village.

Our son started here during the 2020-21 school year. We have been very pleased that he’s been able to attend in-person class for most of the year, with only a few days of remote leaning due to Covid! The school came up with a very good strategy for on-site teaching for kids that cannot be remote, even if there’s a Covid outbreak. Also, kids (and teachers) can be remote any time without having to miss class.... that’s a great benefit! Many schools have struggled with this, but FA really came up with a great plan during this pandemic! With what is being taught in public schools today, we are sold on a Christian education. We have been very impressed with the quality of education our son is receiving. The classes incorporate God’s word into their lessons, even math and science!Fellowship is a small school, but big enough to offer a diverse curriculum with a very nice array of extracurricular/sports activities! My son has guitar class, but also has been able to play 3 sports. Also, Fridays are “enrichment” days where other clubs and class projects can take place. The tuition is very affordable in comparison to most other options in the Arlington area. We believe that it’s well worth the cost!

We been at fellowship since fall 2020, we love the sweet elementary teachers, the “vigorous” curriculum, the size of the classes and school, the awesome coaches and other staff (that just care!), Ms Dardenne the head of the school, and all of her creative and informed efforts to make this the best school.

I have three children who graduated from Fellowship Academy. Additionally, I now work at the school. I absolutely love the heart of the new Head of School.
