Called over the phone and spoke with Rico. He was very helpful, walked me out to the yard, and showed me what all I needed. I went to get what someone else told me I needed, but Rico showed me the part on the actual vehicle and exactly what I needed, and how to put it on. This was my first time here, and I will definitely keep coming back.

Terrible customer service. The short guy up front is disrespectful and arrogant. The guy that takes the parts off is also disrespectful, he told me to bring tools and take the parts off myself when that’s not even allowed to do at this place. Also the parts that I did find were highly overpriced for the condition. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them.

Had really bad experience with the auto parts junk they give you the garantiy that the parts are good condition wen there not ..they rip me off with 2 times transmission for my car and the only thing they can say is I HAVE A NOTHER ONE DO YOU ONE IT !😡THERE NOT EVEN WILLING TO COME IN AGREEMENT WITH YOU FOR ALL THE LOST MONEY YOU SPEND THERE!

I bought a steering column in the first I didn't give me the right key to the ignition and then there's not a gear shifter on it so it's a hell of a lot more work than I wanted.

I feel like one star is fair enough... my husband was kind of desperate in his search for a truck and I suggested the place across the street from eagle auto, apparently, same owner? Because we make our truck payments in the office at eagle auto. The truck my husband chose had a horrible smell, like mildew.. we made a deposit for the truck that night and I asked them to clean it before we came to pick it up the next day, which they did. Before we even made out first payment on the truck, the transmission went out. They replaced it but we had to pay 2,000 out of pocket. 1500 up front and an additional $100 attached to our payments until the balance was met. Soon after, his truck broke down again.. he was stuck an hour away from home fixing the ball joints in a gas station. My husband is patient, but at this point im pretty ticked! When I first rode in the truck I noticed the pulling; if I was able to notice it, they must have know it needed the new transmission. Just looking to make a buck off of someone (desperate, which my husband was; being as he needed a new truck for work) To add the cherry, I went in today to make the payment for the truck and I was asking about a receipt for payments on the transmission (which is "separate" from the truck payment, and we were told it had to be paid in cash) and they argued that they can't give me one. Which is just ridiculous! What proof do we have that we met their payments.. I suggested a written receipt at least and they refused. It's under my husbands name, and because of that they didn't care to treat me as a customer.. implying they will deal with him and not me. That's the second time they have implied such. I've gotta say, so far, I definitely would never ever ever do business with them again. As for now, we're kind of stuck. I value integrity and honor, and this place doesn't seem to have these values.
