On 4/24/2024 went in to resolve issues on my account. The banker assisting me was having issues and the branch manager got involved. Still unable to help me the manager then decided to become very rude and disrespectful towards me along with making accusations of a fraud/scam and interrogating me, even with me having proof of the issue that wasn't good enough for their loss prevention team. She then continued to assist me and after claiming to contact another bank for help needed, made several more remarks. After leaving and calling loss prevention myself, Tasha informed me that there was no notes indicating a call to another bank. I informed Tasha that I knew they didn't call due to being on the phone with a person sitting at the desk of that bank and the phone never rang. Once this situation is cleared up I will no longer bank with wells fargo.

My experience at this bank was a half star at best. Just recently opened an account a couple weeks ago, my personal banking experience with Lisa was outstanding, and Jessica was more then happy to come and assist her with any questions that I had that she she didn't have the answer too. Very professional 5 stars. As for the other half of my banking experience with the manager and teller was half a star at best. the older indian lady was extremely rude and very unprofessional also wore the tightest clothes possible which in my opinion does no look good for a business environment. And I was getting ready to make a report to the manager when I noticed that she was dressed the same. Highly disappointed by her attitude as well as the obvious lack of professionalism. I don't recommend coming inside the bank unless it's to get help from the other bankers. I Will be taking my business to floresville from now on.

Like a DMV office they do everything they can to help you except actually do what you want. They try to find a way to tell you no instead of helping solve your issue. I'll be driving 10 extra mins to the other Wells Fargo because I feel it's the staff at this bank specifically because my last WF did great if I'm not content I'll switch banks. I've had enough.

I’ve visited several times and they can never accommodate to what I need. I wouldn’t suggest this bank to anyone who likes things simple and to the point.

They made it very easy to get my food quickly and get out there like there's drive-through took a very long time so I had to go inside I wish they had 2 parts of the drive-through just like McDonald's but I guess maybe in the future they will but delivering the food that customers happy thank you be safe and you'll have a great day

Horrible experience..i asked for a certain amount of money ..and I left thinking it was the amount I asked for..long story short..i was short 100.00 and went back and complained and got nothing fixed ..they said they still had to look at the end of the day if they were over that amount..wells Fargo just stole my money..just make sure to count your money there before leaving don't trust them
