Took my grandson for his birthday and picked up a couple things for my daughter's room. Upon checking out I saw some baseball cards and figured maybe since I am so far from home I could get lucky pulling something AWESOME and my birthday is the next following day. I got one package only. When I became the checker I noticed the pack I was purchasing rang up approximately $10 more than the stated sticker price. I requested the WalMart Police to investigate the dilema. She called an individual to do the investigating. Upon her findings, that subject exclaimed that the package was placed in the wrong spot and the price is indeed $10 more. I then rebutted my case that there are approximately 20 packages in TWO different locations, and that BOTH locations did NOT have their register price on them. Again they reiterated that the correct price was $10 more. Well I had to reiterate to them that State Law states you must sell at the displayed price label! They did NOT want to abide by that.
1) CUSTOMER SERVICE- Where was it at?
2) State Commerce Law - We don't have to abide!
3) I didn't buy ALL 20 packs, I bought ONE! You will NOT go bankrupt as a whole NOR will that particular store close its doors forever cause of a profit lose of less than $10.
In Baseball, 3 strikes and you are OUT!!!

Purchasing 6 bottles of olive oil, clearly priced at $10.24. When I got to register, they rang up at $16.78. Advised clerk of problem, showed her picture of correct posted price (was prepared because this has happened to me in the past so many times at Wal-Mart), she stated she would have to get the approval of mgr. Some kid shows up, and he states he can only sell me one bottle. I told him, "By law, you have to sell me all 6 bottles for the price Wal-Mart posted." He refused. Being a proud Veteran of these beloved United States, was not gonna make a scene. I requested the presence of store mgr. Store mgr Mark, did not show up to work today. They need to make this right.
