They won’t deliver packages or even bring them to the proper post office in Karnes City. You’ll get an email saying they didn’t deliver packages before they even leave for their route.

Post master is fair, employees are respectful but When it came to my address change I literally had to go to the post office 3 times to address my mail had not been forwarded and still 2 months later they still can’t seem to resolve this issue with their ccas.

This is one of the best post offices I have ever used! The post master and post office employees are very friendly, they take great care of their post office box customers, and they provide quick, effective customer service.

Had a package with the wrong address delivered to this post office. I'd been trying to get it fixed for days. I was able to contact this office directly and they were able to assist me and resolve the problem! OMG, in a world full of so much disarray, finally a reasonable person! The postal assistant in Kennedy, Texas was kind, helpful and most polite. Thank YOU!
