I had an issue with telecheck i wasnt happy, but after speaking with the manager Maria , she friendly and helpful in assisting me with it. I shpo thus store often and am very pkeased with customer service. If the employees cant assist, the manager sure can.

Tried to use a manufacturers coupon directly from Purina for free cat litter and the young lady at the register told me that they couldn't accept it and that she didn't think HEB would either that or would have to be used online. Not at all how the coupon works. It even says directly on coupon "cashier write in price"

Purchased a chicken run and found several panels to be damaged and half of the hardware needed to assemble it to be missing. Called to see if I could return only the three damaged panels but was told that I would have to repackage the entire set and return for replacement. Was told at time of purchase that if any parts were missing due to an open package just call and parts would be replaced...none available!

Friendly, helpful staff. I can usually find what I need for my ranch, my ponies, chickens and dogs here. While I could get those things elsewhere in the county, TSC generally has it for a decent price and nicer employees.
