My stay at Kenedy Village RV Park was simply fantastic! The facilities were clean,modern, and well-maintained, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.Overall, I had a wonderful time at Kenedy Village RV Park and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Five stars all the way!

Kenedy Village RV Park is currently under renovation by the new owner — and the changes being made are splendid. You can really tell he’s pouring his heart and soul into this endeavor and it will soon make Kenedy Village a must-stay locale. Thank you for all your hard work and attention to detail! Prost!!

Where to start.... The manager is only part time so he is never in the office, which isn’t really his fault, though he likes to yell at certain people because they are parked in the grass even though everyone is parked in the grass. The bathrooms are always filthy, especially the men’s, I have found out from another tenant that she is the one who tries to keep the women’s bathroom decent and had to purchase a lock on her own to be able to safely shower without men coming in. The park itself isn’t bad if you don’t mind airplanes flying over in the morning and throughout the day... other than that it’s quiet and you can hear birds. Most tentants stay to themselves, until it starts getting dark then even though the rules say no loud music it still happens especially Friday nights and all day Saturday and Sunday. And as others have said in their reviews I have no idea who actually owns this park because I have never met nor seen the owner.

I'm not happy with the manager or the owners. Management was caught stealing rent, bathrooms and showers were filthy with feces ALL over in the men's, two toilets are broken, one new toilet has been sitting outside for over a week, me and my boyfriend had to clean the women's bathroom just so we could use the shower. The owners just hired a new manager and so far he hasn't done anything to clean it up. Laundry room door has been busted and needs a new frame. Outside door handle on the restrooms is broken and cannot shut the door so the wind keeps banging it against the wall.

Horrible owners! I was there for almost a year and they never came to look at thier park. I could tell thier manager was shady since I got there and sure enough he was caught stealing rent money. Not to mention his family did drugs there outside thier trailer which was always a mess. The place has gaint potholes with wire popping out the laundry place is filthy and full of spiders since the door fell off and has not been replaced. They hardly ever cut the grass there is anthills everywhere this is definitely NOT a family place. Our last month there we only stays for less than a week even though we paid for the whole month, we called the owner MULTIPLE times but she lied and never sent us our money back for the 3 weeks we didn't stay. Owner only cares about the money coming in they do not care how thier park is doing. Also not pet friendly the owner has a friend staying there that complained my dog barked to much so I had to get rid of my dog.

Best Price on Town but the internet sucks here and the place is not well maintained. Has the potential to be better. So I gave it a 3 stars.

Who ever is managing this park now should be fired there is trash and all kinds of other things laying around, the grass is not kept mowed ,when they do decide to pick it up they throw it over the fence,I have to drive by it everyday it is a real eyesore.

Been here for 18 months. They are on the 3rd manager now. The park had gone into disrepair for quite awhile. We'll see how the new manager does.It's $450/month, all bills paid. WiFi is available but not too hot. Shower house is being fixed up. The laundry needs some help but at least everything works now.
