What a wonderful RV park. We are so glad to have found this place. The owners were so accommodating and they have wifi,laundry,big spaces with all sorts of wildflowers and grass. About every spot has trees. It's nice to hear the birds singing. Very peaceful and quiet. The neighboring RVers were all so friendly.The pets loved being there. Our cat kept busy climbing trees and our dog enjoyed all the grass and room to take walks. We can't wait for the opportunity to stay there again. Thank you Rob and Deb for your hospitality and wonderful RV park.

Great place in the middle of nowhere but close (+/- 1h-1h30) to hot spots, corpus christi, san antonio, austin. Camping in the countryside, behind a field of cows, the sound of the cows is better than the noise of the cars ? intimate, clean and quiet terrain. We extended our stay because we liked the place so much. We'll come back for a month next time.

I've known the owners for a long time and they would make good "easy-going" temp landlords. If you're looking for a clean, secure and well-maintained spot, look no further to enjoy your cookout or leisure time in a quiet and peaceful part of Texas.

My family and I called this home for 3 years ( July 12, 2020 - august 31, 2023 ) until we made the decision to stay in the area permanently and purchased a home near by . This park is perfect if what you’re looking for is a peaceful , quiet stay . The owners Rob and Debbie are attentive and friendly and ready to take care of any concerns you might have while you stay here . They will do their very best to accommodate you .We still keep in touch with Rob and Debbie and hope to do so for a long time . We do recommend to everyone looking for a country life , quiet, friendly experience to stay here .

This trailer Park is a hidden gym in the area. Find a quiet and quaint place to stay short term or long term. Both owners are extremely friendly and outgoing. They have been in the area for decades and are true Texas locals. Highly recommend stopping by for a quiet stay!

We were in town for work in the wind industry. We stayed here for several months and enjoyed every minute! it is a very quiet and peaceful park, it is next to a cow pasture so the flies can be a pain. The owners are extremely sweet and friendly! They have an outdoor washer and dryer as well. We will be staying here again if we are ever in back in the area!!

Stayed here for about 6 months. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood! Only 10 minutes to the nearest stores and restaurants. Only problem we had was cell service, Verizon doesn’t pick up any signal. Rod was very helpful and easy to get ahold of when we needed anything.
