Working on a project in the area and this is the (and only) place to go that had the product we needed.The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Reminds me of the small town feeling I knew as a child.So far, they had had what we needed. I am thankful they are there.

They had the hardware I needed in stock and in quantity, a rare occurrence these days. I was only 20 feet or so in the door when I was approached by an associate offering to help me. He took me straight to the hardware I needed and found the exact parts that I wanted. I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes, I definitely appreciate that!

I recently moved to Karnes specifically to work on a project at my mom's house. Replace paneling in all 4 rooms with drywall, texture, paint, new baseboards, replace some damaged exterior siding and paint trim on house. Alamo and it's employees have been absolutely wonderful. Assisting me with my purchases every step of the way. Helping me get the correct drywall screws, to advice on the corner beads. Alamo went so far as to gift me the hopper I wasn't going to buy as long as I tried it and wrote a review. The hopper worked perfect. It was light weight and super easy to clean. My first time texturing and I LOVED it! Looking forward to moving on to the second room and continuing to shop at Alamo for my project needs. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and smiles!!
