This is the worst pharmacy ever! Never good service. Rude attitude and always out of stock of normal RX’s. They have the worst attitudesI have always used Walgreens for 40 years.I MUST change. They are going to kill me. Not having blood thinners.

Every time I get a prescription filled there is some screw up. Prescription left around 5 pm and I went to go get it 11am the next day still not filled. Just not the service that I'm used to from Walgreens SAD

Was very rude to my mom when she was trying to pick up her medications as well as the health-care provider on the phone. We will be switching our pharmacy. My thoughts towards walgreeens, the manager in your pharmacy is giving you all a bad name!

Call me an hour before my appointment to tell me they are out of rapid test. I ask if they can replace it with PCR and she very rudely says no. They know its hard to find and open spot and still refused to help.

Horrible service in Pharmacy!!! I made the mistake of going inside to pick up my dad's prescriptions.I was 3rd person in line. There was one lady working both counter as well as the drive thru. Another lady finally came to help her. The lady that came to help her was taking forever with the lady in front of me. Meanwhile the lady working the drive-through was taking car after car as I had been standing in line the whole time before all these cars to pickup a prescription. My advice if you're picking up a prescription go through the drive-thru you will get service you will not inside.

So over Walgreens. The wait for prescriptions and customer service is terrible. Don't use them. Go to a locally owned.

Put in my prescription for my flu medication and I was told I'd receive a call or text when it's ready, two days later I call and find out they had my prescription the previous day. Very upsetting for a pharmacy to not update patients of when their medication is ready for pick up. I won't be returning to this pharmacy

Had to wait 50 minutes for a Booster shot, with an "on time" online appointment, with the 2 page "printed at home" pre filled out application papers, at this location, 10 am in the morning. It appeared that every pharmacy customer that happened to show up in line, was waited on before the vaccine patients.... May want to bring your own folding lawn chair...

My mom called and expressed her frustrations with me about this store, the pharmacy tech was absolutely rude, couldn't/wouldn't answer any questions my mom asked, and illiterate and couldn't pronounce my moms medication. They tried to give her a medication she did not need, because they didn't check what the online order said. My mom had ordered online, and pre-paid so that her visit would be short and quick, for whatever reason they weren't able to scan her code and said they needed to charge her in-store. When she asked what her total was, she was told "it's on your receipt in the bag" really?? How LAZY and arrogant. They also failed to tell her that that would put a hold on her account, so when she informed them of that, she was told, "it's up to your bank". Well, that would've been nice to know before she paid AGAIN. I tested positive for Covid yesterday during my moms visit from home, 6 hours away. With that being said, although she tested negative, she is staying to make sure that I'm okay and that she doesn't take anything home to immunocompromised family members. She needed her medication for her unexpected extended stay. The last thing she needed, after finding out that I'm sick and that neither of us will be home for Christmas with the rest of our family was shitty customer service from the pharmacists. She asked to speak to the manager, was told she was speaking to the "manager" and was not given a single apology for the "service" she was given. I then called the store on my mom's behalf because she was so beside herself with frustration, asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was not in and hadn't been in at all today. So now, not only was she given shitty customer service, but she was also lied to. Absolutely trash service from trash people who couldn't treat someone with common decency. Get your prescriptions elsewhere, maybe somewhere else they'll have enough brain cells to pronounce your medication right and be able to answer questions efficiently.

The rudest pharmacy tech in there I've ever met and I've worked in the medical industry my whole life along with military medical technicians while in the service, so that says something. Extremely disrespectful and right after she was rude to me we watched her walk up to her employees and started yelling at them. Don't go here, it's my local one literally one mile away and I'll never be back. I'd rather drive literally anywhere else.

Very slow, this is second day here both times is slow at drive thru. They need to improve. Need to have pick up one line and drop off one line. That will make drive thru faster. Now I know why most of our friends quit coming here

I just left and a African American old lady with roller set older hair style , thin body frame wear glasses checking people out at the front around 12:00on the afternoon on 9/23/2021 was very slow checking people out . She was very nice to the lady in front of me but I was in line for 10 minutes very rude to me and she called me a MAN saying hello SIR when I most certainly look like a woman never been called a man very offended. I guess she thought it was funny. She was being very rude during my transaction. She definitely need to be retrained. I will pray for the sister to have a better attitude . Coming from another SISTER!

Don't go anytime near lunch time. The pharmacy is serious about their break. I've had several issues on multiple visits there in the afternoon time. The drive-thru is also very slow.

I called there today looking for a cow stuffed animal and Billy was absolutely amazing. They did not have it but his assistance and service was very very much appreciated after calling countless places and having nothing but dismissive attitudes! He even let me know before and after the unloaded the truck which was above and beyond. He is a Fantastic manager.
