Birdy was very professional, she listened to what we thought we wanted and guided us to a wonderful cleanly shaped eyebrow. This was my granddaughters first brow experience, Birdy was patient, gentle and kind. She spent a lot of time with her explaining the process and aftercare. My 5000+ time. She was wonderful. We will be clients for life. Super glad we found Birdy.

McKenzie is so good at her job! I had an eyebrow waxing and tint. I came in with a mess of eyebrows and left with eyebrows on fleek ladies! On fleek!! She was so kind and patient as well as super friendly. She explained every step she was doing and showed me how it was going after each step. I love that!

I stopped by Ulta on a whim on a busy Saturday and was very pleased with my experience at the Benefit Brow Bar. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I don't usually visit salon's inside stores, but McKenzie did not disappoint! She waxed my brows and also provided some really great tips for maintaining them. She was a ray of sunshine and incredibly kind. I will definitely be back the next time my brows are due for a wax.
