McKenzie is so good at her job! I had an eyebrow waxing and tint. I came in with a mess of eyebrows and left with eyebrows on fleek ladies! On fleek!! She was so kind and patient as well as super friendly. She explained every step she was doing and showed me how it was going after each step. I love that!

I stopped by Ulta on a whim on a busy Saturday and was very pleased with my experience at the Benefit Brow Bar. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I don't usually visit salon's inside stores, but McKenzie did not disappoint! She waxed my brows and also provided some really great tips for maintaining them. She was a ray of sunshine and incredibly kind. I will definitely be back the next time my brows are due for a wax.

The first time I'd been in for a brow waxing since things started opening. I was quite pleased with how much cleaning Kaylin was doing before, between and after each step. It made me very comfortable. I was also very impressed with how the greeter explained the \"new\" shopping experience requirements when I entered the store. She did a great job of being clear and not sounding scripted and maintaining eye contact. It was still a little awkward not being able to pick up testers and smell fragrances but I understand why. I'm completely comfortable going back for my next brow service.

Had my eyelashes filled in a pinch and they did an excellent job for what i needed. I also dis not know that if you buy your lashes from them they put them on for free. Great value!!

I called ahead to see if they had an item. Nobody answered the phone. I called 3 times from my car. Less than five minutes later I entered the store. Many employees standing around doing nothing. Why is nobody answering the phone? Wasted trip because they did not have what I was looking for.

One of the Sales ladies tried to steal my job. Very very very weird. I feel so uncomfortable walking in the door. I get they are in Sales, but MY job? No. Watch out for the Lancôme lady. I called the store and reported it. I guess it was not a big deal to them. So I don’t shop here anymore.
