Last year I went to this location to get my eyebrows done. I was not satisfied in any way shape of form the manager at the time told me he would give me a free service to make up for it of course, I did not accept it because I did not want to go there and be disappointed again. . On Saturday, January 10 of this year I went for a formal makeup application thinking that I would have better service this time And yet again, I was disappointed. My appointment was at 2 PM for a formal makeup session. I arrived at the store about 154 155. I’m not certain I was not checked in until 211 at 2:24. I decided to ask how much longer would be with an attitude. I was told you could have a seat over here she’s just finishing up 228. I was in the chair. And was asked what I wanted. I showed an info pic and said that my main concern was full coverage as I was turning 55 the next day. I asked to have Lashes added she said she doesn’t feel comfortable doing that as she’s always scared of the gloom is going to get in someone’s eye someone else came to do my lashes. She didn’t apply mascara. She didn’t make sure that the lashes were adhered to my eye. I had to ask her do you mind getting a pair of tweezers and pushing them together so that they attached to my natural lash, she said something to the other stylist about eyeliner and the lady who was doing my makeup, said it wasn’t needed. The only request I had was for full coverage as going through menopause I have now gotten pigmentation on my skin in a few areas I could do my make up at home, but since it was my birthday, I felt I would treat myself when she was done. There was no full coverage. You still saw every single pigmentation that I had I had no eyeliner I had to ask for that mind you this was for a full glam service. I paid $81 went home and had to wash my face off to reapply my makeup along the way driving home my right eyelash was already lifting so no I will never in life recommend or ever spend another dime in that location and if you want to keep your money, I suggest you only buy products you do not Service as they are not professional trained, or know what they are doing

My go to beauty store!!
They don't offer every luxury brand, this is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It'd be awesome if each Ulta carried the same thing..
Some carry MAC some dont
Some carry Bobbi Brown , again some dont..
Anyone seeking certain luxury brands may want to call or look online to ensure the location has what you need.
Otherwise Ulta.com may be easier.. I personally like to shop/purchase in store and walk out with them in hand!!
I visit two locations all the time in the area all the time. . Love them both. Great service, good deals, and knowledge helpful staff.

Used their salon services for the first time today. Very underwhelming experience the customer service needs attention. Had to go elsewhere to correct issue.

Cara from the Kemah location is Amazing!! She was patient and super pleasant. Cara knew exactly what would work to help me color match and hide these raccoon eyes!!! Great way to start my day!! ❤️

I booked an appointment for Aug 29 on the Ulta site to get a signature haircut. The hairstylist I originally booked called in sick, but I was lucky to keep my appointment and had an amazing stylist, Tiffany. She did a phenomenal job listening to my needs and wants while using her expertise to make it stylish. I told her I needed hair long enough to pullback in a bun for work, but wanted as much cut off with some layers and long curtain bangs for afterwards. She delivered! My hair feels, looks, and styles effortlessly. Ask for Tiffany. She will hook you up and entertain you as well!

I've visited many ULTA's and this location is Fabulous and the Associates are welcoming! The salon is Fantastic and their stylist Tiffany is Outstanding! Her knowledge and ability for hair is Incredible! Book your appointment with her and you will not be disappointed.

I've shopped at many Ultas, but the one in Kemah blew me away with their excellent customer service! The general manager, Laura, assisted me and she was just the best! So friendly and knowledgeable. She was so incredibly helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone!

The salon at this location is amazing! Never had a bad experience. Everyone is so sweet and professional. Great vibes all around. Tiffany is my go to gal, 1000/10 recommend her for any service! She slays every time and is such good energy. I always leave happy and more confident.
