“I regularly visit this location since moving here from Seattle in July as they almost always have what I need in stock. I recently had an uncomfortable interaction with an employee and I decided to contact the corporate office about it. My complaint was not only immediately acknowledged but it was also rectified the same day i submitted my complaint. I see other reviewers complaining about their prices being too high but I can vouch, from personal experience, that this company truly values their customers and I will gladly pay a little extra for that guarantee any day.”

“I stopped by Don Oscar's Cigar shop yesterday and picked up a handful of cigars, I smoked a robusto with a habano wrapper and by far one of the best cigars I've smoked, even burn, rolled very well , the draw was perfect, and the taste and strength can rival the name brand competition, I smoked it by the seawall and even got compliments how good the smell was, I'm surprised since cigar smoke is frown upon out in the public... specially out in the public!I smoked my 2nd cigar this morning with a cup of black coffee, and Oscar did told me he used a hybrid technique and he uses multiple leafs for that optimum taste , the one I smoked was a torpedo/robusto size, this was a delicious Blend with the flavors of hazelnut, black cocoa, natural sweet tobacco , slight peppery and spice in it.Definitely will come back to Don Oscar's again when I come back in town. “This has become my permanent location to get my disposable vapes from for so many reasons. First time I came in here was because they were the only people open that I could get a new vape after mine ran out, I was warmly greeted and immediately helped. They were knowledgeable, gave me useful info about a lawsuit against the brand I was using for illegal additives and recommended a different brand that I now love and they never steer me wrong when it comes to my indecisive self and picking a flavor. And if they're out of what I wanted, they always have a backup that I'm just as happy with”

“This store hands down the largest selection of products in the area. It is worth the drive if its a little out of the way. The staff (Alayna) was so helpful and didnt mind the questions to make sure i got the best product for my needs. She went out of her way to make sure everything i would need was taken care of. They even offer to taste the juice for vaping system as long as it is 0 nic. She was very knowledgeable about all the items in the store and wven gave suggestions on other products that would help my meeds. Instead of being pushy she took her time and even set everything up so i walked out the store not only with everything but set up and ready to use. I found where i will be going to from now on. Huge thank you for all the exceptional customer service!!”
“Great people, good prices and always has what I need. I just wish they would answer the phone. But maybe the phone number is wrong on the site. The site says they're open. Drive down there they are open. But try calling them to make sure they have the tobacco that you want in stock because apparently goes fast and no one answers which says they're closed. The last time they were out of the tobacco I like and I have been buying the packs of cigarettes which is costing me more than the tobacco that I buy with the filters that I buy.”
