“Cannot recommend this place enough - very honest business. I dropped my car off to have the A/C looked at. They called me and told me that they hadn’t found a leak in my A/C, but refilled the refrigerant and added dye so that if I continued to have issues they could better identify a leak. When I picked up my car, I found a huge dent in the side and no note. Benson’s was able to pull their security footage to identify the other customer who had hit me and contacted them to facilitate the exchange of insurance info. I’ve told all my friends and family to come here due to their above and beyond customer service.”

“These guys are good and fair. I had a mysterious stink in my car and tried everything to get it out: sprays, vacuuming, scrubbing it with cleaner, car smell bombs, etc but nothing worked. These guys figured out the problem, fixed it, and the smell hasn't come back (it's been about 3 months).
If you want to know, the car smell issue was something I never would have thought of and will try to explain as best I can. Leaves, dirt, and gunk had gotten into my rainwater drainage intake on the outside of the car between the hood and the windshield, clogging it. This caused the rainwater to overflow, going into the air intake. There was a little pan in the bottom of the car to catch the condensation from the AC, but that was never meant to hold a bunch of rainwater so it quickly overflowed. There was so much mold under the floor of the car that they had to rip it all out, clean it and let the rest air dry for over a week before they were sure it was all gone.”

“Incredible service and excellent price. I gave the shop a call when I had noticed by tire pressure gauge turn on, and they told me to come in whenever, no appointment necessary. I’m not exaggerating when I say they had already begun working on my tire before I even stepped fully out of the car. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they fully repaired my tired that ended up having a screw in it. The gentlemen working were extremely friendly and offered me a place to sit and soda while I waited. They also checked the pressure on my other tires and added air. I’d recommend Barrera’s to anyone who asked. Important note though is that they’re cash only, which they will remind you if you call.”

“I requested an appointment online for a tire replacement. I was contacted with @ 15 minutes. Decided on my tire, technician ordered it and I came in for my 8 am appointment. Was greeted immediately by friendly technician and my car was promptly serviced. Comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water and bathroom. Kids’ area as well. After a short 15 minutes my car was ready. Checked out and given invoice. Alfonzo was very helpful and made the already easy process even more pleasant with his upbeat energy.
Much much easier than fighting the crowds at Discount Tire plus I don’t have to drive down congested Bay Area Blvd. Will be back”

“Tony is the man. My car was throwing a code, something with O2 sensors and system being lean. He couldn't figure it out. Probably the non-OEM O2's I installed. He cleared all the codes and told me to drive the car for about 60 miles and get it inspected. And it passed.”

“Customer service was out of this world! I would recommend going through over any other place in the area. Josh came out immediately to help us even though they were busy and to provide us with so much information the history of tires what I should expect in the future and how much time I have left on my tires also what to look for when looking at numbers on the tires and what they mean. But the mostly through the out was the fact that he got my son involved in showed him so much. He treated us like family and like high paying customers even though we were just stopping for air. He took his time with us and engaged my son in learning and answered all his little kid questions with interest, excitement, and respect. He got my son interested in tires!!! This was an experience that I've never had before at any car repair place. Or anywhere for that matter. Customer service was out of this world. Thank you so much Josh you deserve it all!”
