“Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”

“I visited The Mailbox today at around 1:30pm. Awesome service by young lady over there, who was the only staff available that time. While she was helping another customer packing big shipment, she multitasked and completed my shipment in few minutes without making me wait for long time!”

“This business is conveniently located in the Kroger Shopping center at the corner of FM 270 and Main Street in League City. I have always had good service. I broke my arm and had to fax some paperwork. The man who was there was very helpful. I would recommend this place for your business needs.”
“This UPS is by far the better one in the clear lake area - the staff is always incredibly kind, helpful, professional. The same amazon return that the Bay Area Blvd staff lost their marbles over (with no provocation from me, they’re just always so mean - haha) was accepted here with no negativity, chastising, yelling. They scanned it, gave me my receipt, and told me to have a great day- as always. Thanks for being the *only* UPS option in clear lake, you guys are amazing!”

“Always greeted upon entering, the ladies behind the counter are well trained and offer cost saving suggestions from the various shipping methods. I will never stand in line at a post office, but here it is worth the wait for the personal care and clean environment. (Also dropping packages off is super easy and fast) keep up the good work.”

“The two UPS Representatives we're clearly having an extra busy day, but we're blasting through customers with the best attitude and with efficiency. Some expressed yes how busy their work environment was but also admiration for having an amazing boss.
Not once did they talk negatively about the owner and I was there during this busy time. You ma'am should be ashamed of yourself for lying upon these two young ladies who were just trying their best on the busiest day & IT WAS BUSY, ALOT for just two to handle.
Just a fun fact if you're shipping a regular letter around their closing time which is 6:30 your letter is not going to move until the next business day.
How about you Educate yourself before making public assumptions and trying to get too innocent UPS representatives in trouble over a piece of mail that was your fault for deciding to drop it off during closing time.
To the ladies who busted their ABSOLUTE BEHINDS off and gave THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thank you for all that you do and what you have to endure.

“The caucasian woman with short hair helped me find 2 boxes to put together to fit 2 scooters I needed to return. She put them together and packed them for me. She seemed to know everything about the place and could answer any questions I had. Both women were nice. Great experience”
“I was more than pleased with the work Staples did on an ancestor's profile booklet I composed. I needed to replace a few old pages with new ones. Staples Print Department did an excellent job of deleting, inserting, and then printing several copies of my booklet. The paper and print quality were excellent! I was more than satisfied!”

“I placed my mail in the blue postal box outside and then it was shut down. To my understanding this was not the fault of the local office but of the usps delivery services. I did not end up getting my mail back and will be filing a claim. However this was something that I addressed 1 month ago and despite how busy this office is, they still kept in touch and kept their word to let me know the status of the mail and I really appreciate that.”
“Hiram one of the warehouse drivers. He has been nothing but patient and respectful every time he works with me. He makes getting loaded so easy. Also, there’s another driver named Joe. He’s one of the coolest guys on the dock. When you see him, you will know that’s him. But overall, I have not had any bad experiences with Saint George Underwood. The only time that a lot of drivers feel there is an issue is when the forklift driver is working with some other driver, other than them. To close it out I can’t say also that the experience on the dock is awesome. And they also have a female forklift driver that is just as good as the guys if not better. Big Ups to Mayra ! There is no discriminate around here.”

When I need help with things they adapt and work out a reasonable solution for pretty much everything. When there are peak crowds I know some people get impatient and may leave reviews that aren’t five stars but I’ve been there to see how they handle the negative vibe people and they are professionals. Highly recommended for growing businesses.”
