I walked into Ross today and was asked to leave the store because I had a Starbucks drink with me. There were no signs indicating that drinks weren't allowed, and honestly, this seems like such an unnecessary rule, especially considering this isn't even a high-theft area. I ended up leaving, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This is just absurd and ridiculous.

Left the tag on my rug, went to have it removed, refused because I didn't keep the receipt for my subpar experience in the store. Go to Walmart instead.
CJ has literally the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. The fact that he is management material is wild. Literally McDonald's cashiers are better.

Restrooms locked and no one will open them. Toddler in tow with serious issue. Pissed!!!

There were only 2 people working the register on a Saturday right before kids go back to school. We waited in line for over 20 min. I left went to make another purchase from a store close by and my family still wasn’t at the register. The staff was friendly but desperately needs help.
