“Amanda has been grooming my dogs for a couple of years and she does a great job! One of my pups is a rescue and hates having her face touched and Amanda somehow gets through to her and handles her so well. She does amazing job and all the staff are so nice. I highly recommend this place.”
“Love the Laporte feed and supply store they have everything. If you are looking for fresh eggs I suggest that you go down to the Laporte fee store and get your eggs of course there are little costly $5 a dozen they are fresh.”

“Rainforest Pets is an amazing locally owned pet shop that has an amazing variety of animals. The owner is very friendly and helpful as is all of the staff working in the shop. They build tanks for all of your animals needs!! They have even started selling plants for your terrariums. Highly recommend this pet store. They also offer a rewards program so your purchases add up and you get rewarded later. They also sell bugs and such for your animal babies needs.”
“David and Cameron Rose went above and beyond in helping me recently with an order for one of our ranch deer blinds. I ordered and received a replacement window for our Atascosa blind, as well as replacement latches. Cameron even went so far as to make and send me a short video demonstrating installation. Dang. “I have several items that I purchased from this store. When there something I bought stops working . I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”

“I've recently visited Macias Feed & Pet Supply for the first time, and I was really impressed. The store was spotless and well organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had a wide variety of pet food and supplies, as well as knowledgeable staff on hand to help me with all of my pet-related questions. They even loaded my feed purchase into my trunk. I would definitely recommend Macias Feed & Pet Supply to anyone looking for a great pet store in the area!”

“I visited the Pet Supermarket today and was slightly disappointed by the lack of customer service. Despite there being three employees and not more than 4 customers in the store, it took 10 minutes for someone to offer assistance. I even had to initiate a conversation with an employee i was standing 3 feet away from in order to get help the first time. Keep in mind, they greeted the customers who came after me. I have managed a number of operations from bakeries to homeless shelters, so I just notice these things.
On the positive side, the store had a fantastic selection of high quality pet food, and as a pet owner, that's what really matters to me. While I don't mind if people greet me or not, I believe that good customer service is important. Therefore, I'm deducting one star for the lack of greeting and customer service. Nonetheless, the exceptional selection of food is what keeps me coming back.”

“Where we take our pups for the PetSmart hotel and to get groomed. We have used them in Dallas, Webster, Pasadena, Albuquerque, Lubbock, Denver, and Mansfield. I am glad that this location does have a PetSmart Hotel, Banfield Pet Clinic, and Grooming.”
“Went here with my mom to get aquarium supplies, and I ended up leaving with a baby hamster. Gabby helped me through the entire adoption process, and was extremely kind and helpful the whole way. She even helped me find the right cage, feed, and bedding for my new little guy. The entire staff at this store is awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.”

This was a much brighter experience i'm so happy i made the decision to drive a few extra miles to this store.
