Tonight on the night of the 4th, the night employee by the name of Judy was one of the nastiest, meanest people I've ever encountered. She yelled at- literally YELLED at me to the point that I broke down crying tears and she just continued to yell at me because she couldn't take the time to do her job properly. I cannot believe that they would hire such a nasty poor excuse of a customer relations as their employee

Most Gas & convenience stores are in out. The customer service is A+. All attendants, trat you like your a good neighbor. Always, courteous, genuinely interested how your doing. Establishment is clean, buckets for windshield full for cleaning, property makes me safe. Today, Robin quite courtesy. All representatives have been very nice. Murphy's rewards work for my discounts in all my Texas adventures! Lol

So I stopped in for two packs of cigarettes and $5 in fuel I get my two packs of cigarettes walk over to my car the pump doesn't start at go back over to the booth to talk to the cashier and she tells me "I only charged you for two packs of cigarettes and not for $5 in gas", when I explained to her that my card showed a charge for the fuel "well I don't understand why you must have not pumped your fuel right away" I explained to her I the fuel nozzle in as soon as I walked back over the car...the pump never started.as I was filing a complaint with my debit card she comes over and tells me oh I see where I charged you for it I'll go start the pump and as I went to thank or she says "next time you need to be more careful" and when I told her excuse me I need to be more careful I told her that it was not my incompetence that didn't start the pump in a timely fashion I also further informed her that she's going to have an attitude like that I can talk to her manager she tells "me go ahead and talk to my manager" I told her since you want to be that way I'll go ahead and put you on Google reviews and she says, "go ahead I don't care" I said ma'am have a nice day went proceeded to talk to a store manager

I dont understand why they closed the bathroom by the gas pumps how do want to people to wash their hands after touching the gas pumps not everyone can find gloves or sanitizer right now. Put gloves or hand sanitizer out at the pumps since the people are to lazy to check or clean the bathrooms so it's just easier to shut them down

11/28/19 8:16am my husband and I was fueling our vehicle and he decided to want to also purchase a Tabacco product . Was told no because he didn’t have his drivers license on him which was understandable so when I tried I was also denied due to his being with me . No cool and Happy thanksgiving
