Laura, the Kemah location manager, was easy to work with and provided our family with excellent customer service. The facility has large boat storage units with electricity and is well maintained.

Great experience. Laura was very friendly in the office very helpful as well. I rented a truck from them and then wound up renting a storage unit. Seem easy-going and easy to do business with which I like!

If I could give zero stars I would.
We reserved a u-haul truck to move.
We went to pick it up since we needed it that evening and the person in the office left over 30 minutes before closing because it was Friday. We then had to scramble and u-haul luckily found us another truck clear across town that actually stayed open until their designated time.

Would not recommend. Was rented a unit with someone else’s lock on it. Came twice and couldn’t get inside. Next I get an email saying I am late and owe them for second month when I have never even seen the inside of ANY OF THEIR UNITS.
