“Update on 11/5/24- Original review was from a year ago. The repair is still going strong. And I've taken better care of it so his lecture worked. ?
I needed a pearl placed back in a ring I have. They were very friendly and prompt with the repairs. The quality of work looks great! I got a little lecture about not being so rough on the ring, and he isn't wrong ?. I just picked it up today. I will be using them for any jewelry repairs going forward.”

“Took my daughter to get her nose bilaterally pierced for her 15th birthday. Was not disappointed! Very clean and tidy shop. Friendly and personable staff/artists. Mo was the piercer who attended to my daughter. Very professional and friendly. Being that I've worked in health care for 15 years, I tend to notice when sterile and clean work areas are not the norm. In this case everything seemed routine as far as hand hygiene and sterility went. I typically don't leave Google reviews, but I felt it necessary to give credit where credit is due. The price range I selected was for 2 piercings and 2 titanium jewelry pieces (which their selection is super classy and cute).”

I had an important leather bracelet from Rio that I needed fixed, hoping to get it done the same day even though I know this isn’t a commonly available service and Jenny Love came through 100%. I’m so glad I found Niche on Google when looking for someone to help with this. Even though the artist who normally does this work wasn’t there, Jenny did it herself and did an awesome job! It’s better than it was before and finished within a couple of hours, even though she had to do it herself. She made my day better and I bet she will for anyone who is lucky enough to be her customer.”

“Krista Klein has amazing jewelry bags like no other. They are so easy to pack and prevent your necklaces from getting tangled. They are a great solution for an easy way to travel with jewelry, or for college girls to pack jewelry in their dorms. Although the size of a notebook, you can fit a ton of jewelry in there. I'm glad I discovered this product because old fashioned jewelry pouches just don't work well for travel!”
“My fiancé custom designed my engagement ring so finding a wedding band to suit it seemed like an impossible task. I found one as close as I could but it still didn’t set right. I brought it into Collard Jeweler's and they were able to split the band and now it goes together perfectly! They do incredible work and I will be back for anything I need in the future. “I went in yesterday to drop off one of my Le Vian rings to send in for repair and had the pleasure of working with Shequitta. While she was processing the ticket to send it off, I noticed some jewelry that caught my attention. My husband and I got married in December 2022 but he lost his simple band we bought and i decided it was to get him a beautiful new ring. She took her time to show me some beautiful men's wedding bands. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I was able to surprise my husband with his ring and he LOVED it and it fit perfectly.
