“I have several items that I purchased from this store. When there something I bought stops working . I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”
“I placed an online order after Hurricane Beryl hit. I saw on Facebook that the store was open, but when I arrived, there was a 'Closed' sign on the door. The gentleman at the door said they had no power, but were letting limited customers in. Since I had an online order, it was no problem. The lady at the back desk looked at my order and three store employees helped find the items I ordered and brought them to me. Since I was unable to get a receipt due to the power outage, one man walked me to the door to let the others up front know I had an online order.
This was the only Ace Hardware in SE Houston area that had what I needed and everyone was so helpful.”

“Pretty good place to get your materials at. Comparing prices at other locations you will get more bang for your buck. Of course the cabinets are prefabricated but you get what you pay for. There are some decent tile or flooring selections but if you want more or variety, you just might as well go somewhere else. But the tile is good there for good price. Every time we go there to look at cabinets, they create a great Showcase. Again, it’s not a huge place but they have beautiful designs! If there is something you like and they don’t have it, take the catalog. You can order online or order it later. Which is what we are considering. They are able to look at Home plans. So consider to talking with a manger .”
