Sent my trike in for a carb adjustment last year .day after it gets to DC they say it needs a starter so paid them to do the work and then put it on consignment. And then I went out of state kept asking once a month if it had been sold and was told no one is buying anything only to find out 2 weeks ago they hadn't even touched the trike to do what they had been paid up front to do . Took another 2 weeks to get it back and they didn't even return all the extras I dropped off with the trike. This is without a doubt the most dishonest unprofessional shop I have ever dealt. I wouldn't take a tricycle to these people .
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
Chill said said you guys did consignment and I didn't get free parts you still haven't returned the brand new spare I left with it or the crossover pipe for the true duel exhaust that was left with it. The only thing you guys gave me was a new battery tender because you lost the one I left with. So try again Derek your service SUCKS!!!

Chris took care of my Spyder RTL tire replacements and broken emergency brake assembly without any issues. Can't wait to get out on the road this weekend. Rally Time in Galveston and weather is great.They are great with the Harley bikes, too. Dyno Tune is awesome.

Wrong triple trees for this bike.all front end is supposed to be new. They ground on the trees for it would turn there is very little turn They did not put dust cover caps on dust covers. Ground on new tubes for screws would fit. They also left rmp unwired. This shop does not know what they are doing

They're open on Saturday’s! I called last minute and they were able to fit me in that day for a tire change. Very Reasonable price and nice staffing.

Couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to work on my M8 HD Breakout Stage 4. Chris is a master technician who did great on the Dyno and 5k Service. Derek the owner, great talking to and top notch customer service. DC is my go to shop for all my HD needs.

I usually don’t let anyone work on my bike, but I decided to let the crew from dc powersports install a cam and some other things, and i must say , these guys did a great job. First class operation!

I would definitely recommend DC Powersports!!! They took very good care of me. Had an issue with the scooter I bought and they did everything to fix the problem. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat!!!!!

Brought in my brand new 2023 Roadglide St for Bars, exhaust a new audio system and some other upgrades. They did a killer job and are excellent at communicating with the progress of the upgrades! Will definitely come back for more upgrades in the future. Thanks for the hard work.
