No customer service. No communication. Big waste of time and deposit. I'm sorry. I never want to hurt anyone but I think its important to know that you may not get treated fairly here.In all fairness, I heard a rumor that the proprietor was very sick. If thats true, pick up the phone and talk with me about the problem. I would have totally understood. I would have even helped you. Don't dodge my phone call. Don't put a person on the phone that doesn't have any answers. It all seemed a little fishy. If you really are ill, I'm sorry. Be upfront and forthright. I'll bet you'd find understanding and support.

Brought in a very tired genoa from a 36' Lancer on a Saturday. The UV shield was badly worn and detached in places. The sail itself needed restitching and some small repairs. The sail was masterfully repaired by then end of the week and reinstalled on Saturday. I sailed the following day and was totally impressed with the quality and completeness of the repairs - bravo!. Sails like new again.

Best sail shop on the Gulf. Blew out main sail in high winds. Banks performed emergency repair that allowed Sea Scouts to continue their sail ahead of projected storm. Outstanding sail loft.

Great place for anything that is made from sailcloth or Sunbrella. They have fabricated all the canvas (twice - remember Ike?) on my current boat and are currently constructing a new head sail. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and ez to work with. The end products they deliver are high quality and durable. One of the best places to go to get your boat looking shipshape.

Horrable experience. Went in for a simple repair which was done wrong but was caught and correction was promised. Got a nasty call a week or so later demanding I come pick up my sail even though no correction was completed. Complained but received no reply. Charged over $100 for bad work and a terrible attitude. If Google allowed negative reviews this crew would be negative 5!
