I'm a member because I like the convenience and being able to use Whitewater when I'm in other places where they're located. However, I find that all the other places have better folks washing windshields, grills, etc as you enter the car wash. In fact, this Keller place is the only one I've been to that seems to rush this process and it really accomplishes nothing. They're so quick to hit that button to start it that they're not even close to completing the job. I've had times when they just kind of brushed the windshield and that's all they have time for because they're moving through. Take an extra 30 seconds and it's amazing what can be done. I'd be happy to raise my review, but until that happens, it will remain at 3 stars. Oh, and somewhat dry towels would be good as well....not completely dry, but not that damp, either.
