Would rate higher than 5 if I could. I ordered the Daisy in dark walnut. It's gorgeous and very heavy duty. Such a Great piece of furniture. Cheryl was amazing to work with and it arrived much sooner than expected and promised.

We needed our cabinet bed quickly. Even though there was a miscommunication on color choice, Cheryl and the warehouse delivery guy, Gerardo worked it and had our bed delivered and setup before our guest arrived. The bed is good looking and the mattress is comfortable. We are very happy!

Drove from Ft. Worth only to find out Darren decided to close early for the day. When your store sites says your open till 7pm recommend you stay open for customers. We wasted 45 minute drive.

I live in New York and after receiving a Murphy Bed from another company and returning it because it was made of Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) I decided I would search for a quality bed and pay the extra cost. After dealing with a number of "custom" manufacturers and reading terrible reviews I gave up. Then I came across Wallbeds n More. It was more than half way across the US, but I called anyway. It was a Sunday, so we left a message. Darren called us back that evening and could not have been more helpful. After hearing what I was looking for in a "custom" bed, that had a farm barn look, and was made of real plywood, he explained that I didn't have to pay for a custom bed. He sent me photos of the exact bed I wanted and the price was great. Normally I would be hesitant to order something site unseen, and the color Darren recommended did not look like the color I described I wanted when I saw it online, but he made me so comfortable that I trusted his judgment and ordered the color he recommended. The bed arrived and the quality was every bit as good as he explained, all 3/4" high grade plywood and the color was PERFECT. He gave updates each step of the way until it was delivered and always replied to my emails. Assembly was easy and I couldn't be happier with the bed and service, all from over 1500 miles away!

If interested in checking out Murphy or Wall Beds, this is a great place to start. It's best to call first, the store is typically open as conventional stores are, but they are very accommodating and will meet you, opening up when your schedule dictates. Most available models are on the floor and each one is demonstrated for you. They point out what may be best for your needs, and you can manipulate each bed you choose to help yourself determine which one is best for your needs. These are amazing beds.

We searched for months for the perfect wall bed to put in our new house. We looked online and at several stores. We found the perfect look we wanted at Wallbeds n More in Keller. Darren was so helpful. He waited for us to drive over an hour one way to come to his store. After comparing all options, we decided to go with Wallbeds n More. Darren was so accommodating with working with us on a delivery date that would correspond with the completion of our new house. The installers were great too. I highly recommend getting a wall bed from Wallbeds n More in Keller! We got the look we wanted, for a great price and a professional installation. We are more than happy.
